The Angelic Conferences of Dr. John Dee & Sir Edward Kelley
A new production of the complete Spirit Actions of Dr. John Dee & Sir Edward Kelley is now in preparation. It will encompass the entire extant Angelic diaries of John Dee from 1581 to 1607, and related manuscripts. This edition will include full Latin translations, and wherever possible reproductions of the original images (or else digital reconstructions), in a hardback edition of approximately 900 A4-size pages.
The MSS. have hitherto been published piecemeal in various editions, most notably the notoriously inaccurate A True & Faithful Relation of What Passed for Many Yeers between Dr. John Dee and Some Spirits (Meric Casaubon, 1659). This new edition contains for the first time all the available material, and will include the previously unpublished 49×49 square tables of Loagaeth.
